If it wears out, send it back and we replace it. That is wear.
It does not cover a balloon lost to weather. Nobody’s does, and a seller who implies otherwise is either going to argue with you later or has not thought it through.
The rule that prevents weather loss is simple: winds over 25 miles per hour in the forecast means bring it in. Follow it and fourteen years is a realistic life.
